The application fee is UGX 65,000. This fee covers the processing of your application and is non-refundable regardless of the outcome of your application.

Collect Your Receipt

After making the payment, collect your bank deposit slip. This is your proof of payment.

Ensure the date, amount, and transaction number are clearly visible
Write your full name on the bank deposit slip before scanning
Save the receipt as JPG, PNG, or PDF (max 2 MB)
Do NOT submit a blurry or cropped receipt — it will delay processing

Upload Your Receipt in the Application Form

When filling in the application form, go to Step 7: Documents & Payment. Upload your receipt in the "Proof of Payment" field and enter the transaction / deposit slip number in the "Payment Reference" field.

Submit & Await Confirmation

Once submitted, your application and payment are reviewed by the admissions team. You will receive a confirmation email with your application number. Track your application status at any time using your application number and email.

Keep your application number safe — you will need it for all future correspondence.

Important Instructions

Make a bank deposit of the application fee to the account details below. Take a clear photo or scan of the deposit slip / transaction confirmation. Upload the receipt in Step 7 of the application form. Write your full name and date of deposit on the slip for easy verification.

Your application cannot be fully processed without a receipt. If you forgot to upload it, contact the Admissions Office directly with your application number and payment details.

Accepted formats are JPG, PNG, and PDF. Maximum file size is 2 MB. Ensure the image is clear and all details are readable.

Yes. Both old and new curriculum results are accepted. In the application form, select "Old Curriculum" on Step 5 and enter your D1–F9 grades per subject. The system will calculate your best-8 aggregate and check your eligibility automatically.

Select "New Curriculum (2023+)" on Step 5 of the application form. You will see a table with A / B / C / D / E grade options per subject. The system automatically checks whether you have at least one subject with grade D or above, which is the minimum requirement for a certificate.
