We accept both the old and new UCE curriculum. Check your grading system below to see if you qualify.
Under the old grading system, your qualification is measured by your best 8 subjects aggregate score. Lower aggregate = better performance.
Under the new curriculum, grades are A through E. You qualify for a certificate programme as long as you have at least one subject with grade D or above.
Other qualifications also considered: Mature age entry (25+ years with relevant work experience), previous vocational certificates, or equivalent qualifications from other awarding bodies. Contact the Admissions Office if you are unsure about your eligibility.

Confirm your UCE results meet the entry cut-off — either aggregate ≤36 (old curriculum) or at least one D grade (new curriculum).
Deposit UGX 65,000 to our bank account or via mobile money. Keep your payment receipt — you will upload it in the form.
Visit the Apply page and complete all 7 steps of the online form. Have your documents scanned and ready before you begin.
Attach scanned copies of your national ID, O-Level certificate, passport photo, and payment receipt.
After submission you receive an application number. The admissions office will review and notify you of the outcome by email or phone.
